The steps of our collaboration

1. Initial contact

We arrange an initial remote meeting of about thirty minutes, by phone or videoconference, to discuss your needs and expectations, your constraints, your allocated budget, your way of working, etc. Together, we determine the tasks you wish to entrust to me.

Free and without obligation.
2. Proposition

I will send you a personalized offer within 24 hours, including the tasks to be performed, the rates, and the terms of our collaboration. The quote is valid for one month. It is accompanied by the Terms and Conditions of Sale (if not applicable, it will be replaced by a service contract).
3. Signature

If the proposition suits you, you return the quote or contract — dated and signed, with the note “approved” — along with a 30% deposit.
4. Execution

The service begins upon signature or according to the agreed schedule. If the service is provided remotely, and for the sake of transparency, we stay in regular contact using collaborative tools defined beforehand. The work will be delivered to you within the agreed deadlines.
5. Invoicing

I will send you an invoice (deposit deducted) at the end of the service, or at the beginning of each month (according to the terms of the contract). It is payable upon receipt.

Payment by bank transfer, check, or cash.
6. Review

At your convenience.

If you wish, we can arrange a meeting to review the service (assessment and recommendations). I am also open to your feedback to improve my quality of services.

Eventual additional costs

Disbursement charges

For certain assignments, I may pay expenses on your behalf (always with your approval, of course!). These expenses will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipts.

The advantage? The invoices are made out directly in your name or your company’s name, so you benefit from after-sales service, warranties, and possibly VAT recovery.

Travel expenses

Eco-friendly 💚, I prioritize public transportation and only charge you the cost of the tickets. If the assignment requires the use of my trusty four-wheeled steed, the rate applied is €0.15/km.

Of course, travel expenses are always agreed upon together in advance, to avoid any surprises on the invoice.

Surcharges

Because I sometimes swap my assistant’s hat for a superhero’s cape 🦸‍♀️, certain situations call for a little extra 😅.

Need help on a weekend or public holiday? No worries, I’m still available! A 25% surcharge will simply be applied to the base rate.

An urgent assignment to be completed in less than 24 hours, that wasn’t included in the original quote? That’s when I switch to turbo mode! Depending on the emergency, a surcharge of 25% to 50% will be added to the base rate of that service. Just a little reward for the last-minute rescues 🏃‍♀️.
