The unique journey of a freelance administrative assistant
My professional journey began in 2007 and has always been built around three pillars: my thirst for learning, my enthusiasm for every mission, and aligning my work with my core values.

I started my career in cultural project management: organizing concerts, promoting artists and handling cultural communications. For 10 years, I honed my versatility, adaptability, and responsiveness! As a true logistics mastermind and problem-solver, a magician dealing with artists’ schedules (and the artists themselves… yes, I can run fast, especially after a missing musician who needs to be on stage in a minute), an invisible conductor, I developed nerves of steel and an unbreakable sense of humor. Despite sleepless nights and liters of coffee, seeing a full venue, amazed faces and people dancing made it all worthwhile.
In 2017, I decided to turn the page and embark on a new adventure, both personal and professional. My goal? Combine two other passions: travel and food, while still creating memorable experiences.
With a backpack and my endless curiosity, I traveled a part of the world, perfecting my English and Spanish along the way (Guatemala, Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Vietnam, USA, …)

Eventually, I settled in California to launch Koko’s Vegan Cuisine, a project blending vegan cooking and cultural events.
But life likes to spice things up. The county I lived in was hit by a major economic crisis, which led to a tough decision: returning to Europe in early 2023. Back on the continent, I took on roles as a receptionist and admin officer, rediscovering my passion for organizing, structuring, and simplifying others’ lives..
